1. **Brief**: Complete a 10-minute briefing questionnaire. Tell the agent your brand voice, goals, and content formats. No technical setup required.
2. **Deploy**: Agent deployment is automated. Most businesses have their first agent live within the same hour they sign up.
3. **Live**: Review outputs in the approval queue, approve or adjust, then reduce oversight on content types you trust. The agent runs your cadence without further prompting.

Every new account starts with full manual approval on every output. You control how much autonomy the agent has.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Which agent is right for my business?**
It depends on your most pressing problem. If your marketing team has ideas but no execution bandwidth, that's the Marketing Agent. If your pipeline is thin and reps spend their days on spreadsheets, that's the SDR Agent. If the same questions keep arriving in support, that's the Customer Success Agent. If senior staff have become bottlenecks because knowledge only lives in their heads, that's Company Brain. Apply to the early access program and we'll tell you which fits.

**How long does it take to get an agent live?**
The briefing questionnaire takes about 10 minutes. Deployment is automated. Most businesses are live within the same hour they sign up — no engineering on your side.

**We've tried AI tools before and got nothing useful. Why is this different?**
Most AI tools are general-purpose. They don't know your business, don't remember conversations, and aren't connected to your workflows. Agents by LaunchCI are pre-configured for a specific job and briefed on your business from day one. They don't need you to prompt them every session.

**Where does my data go? Is this GDPR-compliant?**
Every agent runs on EU-hosted infrastructure by default. Your data stays in the EU and each agent runs in its own isolated container — never shared with other businesses. GDPR compliance is built in; the standard contract includes a DPA compatible with Article 28.

**What if the agent does something wrong?**
Agents run in review mode by default — every output is queued for your approval before it goes live. You start fully supervised and reduce oversight on specific content types as trust builds.

**What is a credit and how do I know how many I need?**
A credit is one unit of agent work. A 500-word blog post uses about 15 credits. A personalised outreach email uses about 5. A customer support answer uses about 2. Credit costs are approximate and vary by length and revision cycles — the Pricing page lists all output costs.

**Do I pay per user or per agent?**
Neither. You pay for credits — what your agent actually does. Your whole team can use the same agent without paying more per person. If the agent is quiet, so is the bill.

**What if I run out of credits?**
Your agent pauses until you top up or your plan renews. You can add credits from your dashboard at any time — available immediately, with a notification sent at 20% remaining.

**Can I run this on our own servers?**
Yes — on Enterprise plans, agents deploy to your own infrastructure (private cloud, on-prem, or air-gapped). You can bring your own LLM key (BYOK). LaunchCI manages the agent layer; you control compute, data residency, and models.

**How does the Marketing Agent learn my brand voice?**
Share 3–5 examples of your best content. The agent extracts your tone, vocabulary, sentence length, and structural habits. You can update the brief any time.

**Can the Marketing Agent publish directly without my review?**
Yes, once you're ready. Every account starts with full manual approval. As confidence builds, you can enable auto-publish for specific content types while keeping longer content on manual review.

**What platforms does the Marketing Agent publish to?**
Blog, LinkedIn, and email in the current version. More channels are on the roadmap.

**How many credits does a blog post use (Marketing Agent)?**
Roughly 12–18 credits for an 800–2,000 word post; a 1,000-word post is approximately 14–16 credits. The Pricing page (https://launch.ci/pricing) lists all output costs.

**Can one Marketing Agent manage multiple brands?**
Each account runs one agent with one brand. For multiple brands, run separate agents.

**Does the Marketing Agent handle SEO?**
It applies heading hierarchy, meta descriptions, and keywords. Deep research is available on request.

**Can I brief the Marketing Agent for a specific campaign?**
Yes — one-off campaign briefs work alongside the standing voice brief.

**When will the SDR Agent be available?**
It's next in the pipeline after the Marketing Agent. Early adopters are notified the moment it's live.

**What does the SDR Agent actually do?**
It enriches prospect profiles from public data, writes personalized first-touch outreach by role and context, runs automated follow-up sequences, and logs warm leads to your CRM with a summary.

**Does the SDR Agent send messages or book meetings?**
The current scope is research and outreach drafting with a review queue — you approve before anything sends. Meeting booking is on the roadmap.
